Shipping & Delivery (Australia)

Free shipping on Australian orders over $299 (Courier, tracked, signature required).

Australia – Standard Delivery Rates

Economy Tracked 3–5 business days: $7.99

Courier Tracked 2–4 business days: $9.99

*Timeframes are estimates from dispatch and may vary due to carrier volumes, public holidays, and factors outside our control.

International Shipping

International orders (including New Zealand and other destinations) are shipped via tracked services. Rates are calculated at checkout and depend on destination, weight, and size. Free international shipping applies to orders $399+.

Dispatch & Tracking

  • Orders placed after 10am Friday (local Sydney time) are dispatched on the next business day (couriers do not collect on weekends).
  • Once dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking link via email.
  • Please note that delivery timing is managed by the carrier after pickup.

Delivery Addresses

  • Please ensure your delivery details are complete and accurate. We can’t accept liability for delays or misdeliveries caused by incorrect information.
  • We deliver to residential and business addresses; delivery to PO Boxes is supported where the selected service allows.
  • If you have special delivery instructions, add them at checkout. We’ll do our best to accommodate.

Delays & Service Disruptions

Occasionally, third-party carrier delays may occur (e.g., weather events, peak periods). While these are outside our control, our team will assist wherever possible to ensure your order arrives smoothly.

Out of Stock Items

If any item in your order is unavailable or temporarily out of stock, we’ll contact you before dispatch to offer alternatives, split shipment, or a refund.
